Licensed to Practice Law
Jessica is licensed to practice law in the United States Immigration Court and is admitted to practice law in the state of North Dakota.
Jessica is a lawyer who always greets you with a smile. She has a disposition that understands what each immigrant is going through, and she takes her time to make sure every person walking in the door feels understood and has the right to speak up. Jessica knows that everyone's story deserves to be heard, so when someone comes into her office for help, she makes sure they feel safe enough to tell their story without fear of judgment- because there are no wrong stories just different ones.
Jessica is a lawyer that is passionate about immigrants’ rights. She has had experience with the immigration system herself, having to come to the United States from Colombia at the age of 12.
Jessica is an immigration attorney with a passion for understanding and navigating the complexities of immigration law. She has practiced in civil law but found that her true calling was in immigration law when she realized how many people suffered because they were living in America without legal status.
She began to focus her practice on Immigration Law, assisting clients with understanding the complexity of the laws and helping them navigate through every step.
She loves teaching others about what it means to be undocumented and encouraging them not to give up hope.
